The Sony Ericsson Vivaz Red features an impressively powerful 8.1 Megapixel Camera capable of HD Video Recording along with full music entertainment, web browsing and easy messaging capabilities for the user.
The handset features a large nHD widescreen ration touch restive display which offers the user an onscreen QWERTY keyboard for fast input when messaging or writing emails on the sleekly designed device. The autorotate functionality also allows the display to rotate automatically between portrait and landscape orientation when the device is switched between the two respectively. The home screen also includes wallpaper animation and the ability to use a self produced image as the wallpaper (picture wallpaper).
The Vivaz Red offers both integrated Twitter and Facebook applications to provide the user with their social networking framework via their mobile phone, so wherever they go they can still keep up with friends, their statuses and the user can update their status also. YouTube is also integrated to provide great video entertainment and a means to share videos instantly with friends too.
The phone features a full Media Player which sorts tracks with album artwork, to which further music can be downloaded by the user, using the PlayNow application. Meanwhile the TrackID application offers a means for the user to automatically identify a music track from several seconds of it on their Sound Recorder, it then provides the track information, and it can subsequently be downloaded.
The WebKit web browser offers the fullness of the World Wide Web in rich HTML and also supports web feeds for constant updates from desired websites, while constantly visited websites can be saved to the bookmarks feature. The pan and zoom capability also offers greater readability for the user, and the integrated Google search provides an easy means of finding desired websites and information on the handset.
Connectivity is provided through the microUSB connector along with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and the standard 3.5mm audio jack for headphones. The USB support and mass storage features make it seamless for the user to migrate multiple files at a time to a compatible PC. PictBridge makes it easy to connect the phone with its 8.1 megapixel camera directly to a compatible printer, while there is also a TV out so HD videos recorded can be watched on a big screen.
The Sony Ericsson Vivaz Red offers an extremely powerful camera which provides the user with a whole world of photography and video recording in stunning HD quality, alongside the usual messaging, email and web browsing capabilities. Meanwhile, as is also the case with any phone from this manufacturer it has a great media and entertainment range too.
